Learn how to run your scheme with a series of one-to-one training sessions with your implementation manager. They'll show you how to use our auto-enrolment dashboard to complete your processes.
During this phase
Your implementation manager will:
- Arrange access to our online service
- Provide training and support on how to run your scheme online
- Give you a pre-filled scheme certifcate (if appropriate)
- Help you with cyclical re-enrolment (if appropriate).
You'll need to:
- Join a series of one-to-one training sessions and watch our demo videos
- Start running your scheme online after your training
- Print, sign and store your scheme certifcate within a month of your new scheme’s start date (if appropriate)
- Review the support materials below.

Data templates
The data you supply us varies depending upon whether Royal London are assessing your employees and issuing the statutory communications needed to enrol your employees into the pension scheme (we call this a full run scheme), or if your payroll provider or system is doing it.
