Getting things right the first time makes it nice and simple for everyone.

Your implementation manager will gather all the important information to set your scheme up so it's in line with your requirements. You can then raise awareness of the scheme with your employees using pre-approved material on this page. Your implementation manager can explain how to do this.


During this phase

Your implementation manager will:

  • Carry out a detailed fact find so they fully understand your requirements
  • Prepare your pre-filled scheme application form, which is also your legal agreement
  • Discuss how we can help you raise awareness of the new scheme.

You'll need to:

  • Join a call to confirm how your scheme will be set up
  • Review, sign and return the completed scheme application form
  • Review our online support materials and let us know what awareness communications you'd like to use
  • Review the support materials below.

We'll welcome employees to their new scheme with a welcome pack and access to their employee hub. The links below open in a new window.

All employees will have access to an employee hub which tells them about their workplace pension.
