Introducing our Stocks and Shares ISA

"Give your employees a second investment option alongside their workplace pension, so they can build towards the financial goals they’re planning for - whether that’s retirement or other important life events."

Rory Marsh, Workplace Pension Director

At Royal London, we're committed to building the financial resilience of our customers and supporting you in making a difference for your employees.

That’s why we’ve introduced the Royal London Stocks and Shares ISA. Designed to give your employees a second investment option alongside their workplace pension, so they can build towards the financial goals they’re planning for -  whether that’s retirement or other important life events along the way.

Our ISA offers the same familiar range of investment options as your employee’s workplace pension, and the same competitive annual management charge when they invest in our expertly managed options. The ready-made options available in our Governed Range may be ideal for employees who may be new to investing, where-as the wider range of self-select funds may appeal to more experienced or confident investors.

Just like their workplace pension, your employees’ Royal London ISA will be eligible for ProfitShare. So when we do well, we’ll aim to boost their investments by giving back some of the profits we make.

And the best bit? Our Stocks and Shares ISA comes alongside your workplace pension scheme so you can enhance your benefits package at no extra cost to you. As your employees apply for and manage their ISA direct through our mobile app and online service, there’s no added admin for you either.

If you already have a workplace pension scheme with us, you can tell your employees about the Royal London Stocks and Shares ISA and how to apply, by downloading the ready-made engagement materials from the Communications Toolkit on employer.royallondon.com.

And if you don’t, we’re here to help you build the financial resilience of your workforce. Ask your financial adviser about Royal London workplace pension and Stocks and Shares ISA.

Thank you for choosing Royal London.
