Reminder:
There are two different systems that you could have chosen to manage your auto enrolment scheme using our online service:
- full run
- payroll assessment.
You'll have discussed with your implementation manager how you'd have liked this to have been set up.
Full run
With the full run system we'll be helping you manage your assessments, issuing statutory communications and keeping records.
Payroll assessment
With the payroll assessment system you manage your assessments, issuing statutory communications and keeping records within your organisation.
Use these data templates to complete your task
These CSV templates help you complete tasks in your online service dashboard. Download, fill in your data, then upload the file to update your scheme.
Adding new employees
Use these templates to add employees to your pension scheme using the 'Add workers' option on your dashboard.
Assessing your employees (full run only)
Use this template to upload your employees earnings information using the 'Assess' option on your dashboard.
Updating employee details
Use these templates to update your employees personal information like salary, address or contact information using the 'Update workers' option on your dashboard.
Telling us about leavers
Use these templates to tell us about multiple employees who have left your employment, died, or have chosen to stop contributing to their pension plan, using the 'Leavers' option on your dashboard.
Uploading monthly contributions
Use these templates to upload your monthly pension contributions and employees earnings figures using the 'Make contribution' option on you dashboard.
Update employee contribution rates
Use this template to update your employees' contribution rates using the 'Update contribution rates' option on the dashboard, whether you are using our full run or payroll assessment systems.

Contractual enrolment schemes
Contractural enrolment schemes are ones where all your employees are enrolled into the pension scheme as part of their contract of employment (regardless of their eligibility for automatic enrolment).
