Pension Engagement Season is here! And as part of it, we're one of four ambassadors of Pension Awareness Week.  This annual engagement campaign, which takes place on 15 -16 September, is all about encouraging people to engage with and better understand their pensions.

We are also one of eight sponsors of the Pension Attention campaign, which is run by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association (PLSA). This campaign runs from 4 September and is designed to boost awareness of pensions and how they work.

And finally, National Pension Tracing Day takes place on Sunday 25 October and aims to make people aware of any pensions they might have forgotten about.

Help your employees make their pension work for them

This Pension Engagement Season, support your employees in taking simple steps to get more from their workplace pension.

We know that different employees engage in different ways. That's why we've created a range of resources that give you the flexibility to choose what works for your workforce, and what works for you.

Help retirement planning work for them

It can be difficult for employees to know how much they may need in retirement and how much they need to save.

The Retirement Living Standards show what life in retirement could cost, based on three levels of spending, and offer a useful starting point to help employees picture the lifestyle they want and how much they may need to support it.

Encourage your employees to explore the Retirement Living Standards with our email template and engagement resources.
