We’ve launched our new video pension statements

Your employees can see how their pension is getting on with a yearly video pension statement sent straight to their inbox. 

What’s a video pension statement? 

This is a personalised video that shows the customer how their pension savings are performing. It replicates the information they receive in their yearly printed pension statement and shows them how much they've paid in, how much their employer has contributed and if their pension has grown. Helping them easily keep on top of their pension savings and help them build financial resilience.   

What will they receive?  

After you’ve completed the yearly review process and we’ve started the production of their printed yearly statement, we’ll send them an email with a link to their video pension statement. To view their statement, they’ll need to log in using their online service or mobile app log in details. 

If they haven’t registered for online service or the mobile app, they can register using their email address and plan number. 

How will you tell my employees? 

You can also let your employees know about the new video pension statements using our email template when you complete your yearly review task this year.
