Looking after your employees’ financial wellbeing

17 April 2020
We’ve made new content available on our app and employee hubs.

Money worries have long been considered something that keep people up at night. And with the changing nature of the current global pandemic, the impact on your employees’ finances may be at the forefront of their minds.

As a mutual, we’re committed to helping customers look after their long-term financial interests, so we’re doing more by offering extra support through our new financial wellbeing content

Support at the touch of a button

Our new articles, podcasts and guides can help your employees digest important topics like budgeting, reducing bills and handling debt.

We’ve made it really easy for them to access all of this – at a touch of a button it’s available on the app and will shortly be added to their employee hub online.

This is just the beginning. We’ll keep adding relevant content for your employees during this challenging time, and going forward, to help them feel informed.

A gentle nudge from us

We’re also keeping your employees up to speed with important activity on their plan through our push notifications, to keep them engaged at important moments. For example, letting them know when we’ve paid ProfitShare into eligible customer’s plans.

Get your employees connected

If some of your employees still don’t have the app, they’ll find it on the App Store and Google Play. They can login with their online service details, or if they aren’t registered yet the app will guide them through a short set up process.

Employees that already have the app may need to update it to see the new content.
