The app will guide them through the short registration process, and all they'll need to provide is their plan number. They can set up face and fingerprint recognition right after they complete their registration, so there's no need to enter their details to login next time – simple.
Your employees can find their plan number on any personalised communication we’ve sent them, like their welcome pack or an annual statement. If they're are already using the app, they won’t be impacted by this change.
