Every three years from your staging date, or last re-enrolment date, you must re-declare compliance with The Pensions Regulator (TPR). We'll tell you when your re-declaration of compliance is due.
We'll create a task in online service for cyclical enrolment when the information is available. Click the link labelled Re-declaration of compliance in this task to access the information.
