Re-declaration of compliance

You must complete a re-declaration of compliance to tell The Pensions Regulator what you've done to comply with your employer duties.

Every three years from your staging date, or last re-enrolment date, you must re-declare compliance with The Pensions Regulator (TPR). We'll tell you when your re-declaration of compliance is due.

What do I need to do?

  • Use this checklist from TPR to collect the information you will need to complete your re-declaration of compliance.
  • Re-declare compliance on TPR's website. You have up to five months to do this from your re-enrolment date.
