We’ll show you the ropes

We don’t believe that reading a manual is the best way to learn how to run your scheme. Instead, in a series of one-to-one training sessions your implementation manager will show you how to use our award-winning online service to complete your processes.


Things you need to do: 

  • Use the details we’ll send you to register for online service.
  • Join your implementation manager in a series of online training sessions.

By the end of this step, you’ll have:

  • Been fully trained on how to use our online service and have run all of your processes for the first time. You’ll now be able to run your scheme yourself.
  • Completed any initial compliance documents that may be required for your new scheme.

Once you’ve registered your details, visit our employer website to access our online service.  

 You can keep our online service hints and tips document handy to help you along the way.

You may find when you’re running your scheme you need to upload data on your workers. Your implementation manager will explain how you’ll do this, and we’ve prepared data templates to help.
