Getting the details right

Everyone likes an easy life. And it’s better to get things right first time.

Your implementation manager will gather all the important information to set your scheme up so it’s in line with your requirements. They’ll also discuss what materials we can offer to help raise awareness of your scheme with your employees.

Things you need to do:

  • Join a call with your implementation manager to confirm your scheme details. It’s important that everyone’s involved that needs to be.
  • You’ll need to read, sign and return the legal agreement that we’ll send you following the conversation.
  • Consider the awareness communications you might want to use for your new scheme.

By the end of this step, you’ll have:

  • Confirmed how your new scheme will be set up.
  • Signed and returned your legal agreement.
  • Agreed any awareness communication requirements.
