Alexandra Kitching

Alexandra has experience in pension policy, consulting, and in-house roles. She launched and managed PLSA’s Pension Quality Mark, then worked at Deloitte as a DC pensions and employee benefits consultant, and later joined Vodafone in an in-house role.

In her current position, Alexandra oversees Royal London's colleague pensions in the UK and Ireland and serves as a volunteer Trustee for the Company of HR Professionals Charity Fund.
